Welcome to AHQ Tools Ltd, European HQ ("AHQ Tools," "we," "us," or "our"). These General Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your access to and use of AHQ Tools' software portal tools, including AHQPortal CRM, AHQPortal Financials, AHQPortal Courses, and AHQPortal Forms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you may not access or use our Services.

AHQ Tools provides a suite of software portal tools designed to assist European startups with customer relationship management, financial management, course creation, and form management.

To use our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&Cs. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by AHQ Tools or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute the Services except as expressly permitted by these T&Cs.

Access to the Services may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&Cs by reference, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

You agree to keep confidential all non-public, sensitive information disclosed by AHQ Tools ("Confidential Information"), and to use such information solely as necessary to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHQ Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold AHQ Tools harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these T&Cs.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these T&Cs.

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Estonia. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and AHQ Tools regarding the use of the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
